Which weeks do you see as over-all better? With alcohol or without alcohol?
How is # of drinks counted? Because if I’m watching the recording of a Motörhead concert or a Lemmy documentary, the entire bottle of Jack Daniel’s is technically one drink. So if we go by that, I’ve had one drink in the last six months.
But on a more serious note, size of glass, type of drink etc. do make a difference, no?
As someone from Wisconsin seeing these drinking charts, do yall even get drunk?
Does B stand for blackout?

This would have been useful for me a few years ago, but I think I’ve pretty much kicked the habit now. I consumed alcohol maybe 3 times last year. Best of luck on your journey!
