1. Good. I hope Dominion recovers every penny this is costing them because otherwise ratepayers will be eating the costs.

   Just like the coal plants he kept running in Indiana, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, and the oil fired plant in Pennsylvania. They aren’t collecting revenues from the capacity market because they aren’t supposed to be running (electric capacity markets are for planning) and you, me, and everyone who pays an electric bill will pay for it. I hope every utility sues him and recovers their money.

   Honestly it’s high time one of these utility companies told him to pound sand. The DOE has lost all its credibility and the regional ISO/RTOs should just start ignoring them.
