U.S. Vice President JD Vance said capturing Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro will give the United States control over the country’s vast natural resources and show the world American military strength. In an interview with Fox News, Vance explained why he believes removing the dictator benefits ordinary Americans. “First of all, it means we’re going to be able to control the incredible natural resources of Venezuela which are good for Americans in a few ways,” Vance said.
