EWTN At 5 p.m. Thursday, the eve of this year’s anniversary March for Life, the U.S. bishops’ pro-life vigil Opening Mass is in the Great Upper Church of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. At 8 a.m. Friday will be the vigil’s Closing Mass.

At 3 p.m. is this year’s LifeFest Mass, a rally and Mass from the Sisters of Life and Knights of Columbus that took place before the march with the theme, “Because Love Is the Answer.”
