Kore.ai (see Pulse 2.0 profile here) announced it has secured a strategic growth investment led by AllianceBernstein Private Credit Investors, with continued participation from existing investors Vistara Growth, Beedie Capital and Sweetwater Private Equity. The company said the financing will support its next phase of growth by scaling go-to-market initiatives, deepening global customer engagement and accelerating innovation across its agent first enterprise AI platform and agentic solutions.

The company described 2025 as a defining year, citing increased enterprise AI adoption and expanded strategic partnerships with Microsoft and AWS to support large-scale agentic deployments across industries. Kore.ai said it was a launch partner for Microsoft Agent 365 and an agentic competency partner for AWS, positioning its platform around automating complex workflows, orchestrating multi-agent systems, and delivering secure, scalable AI-powered customer, employee, and process experiences.

Kore.ai also pointed to recognition across major analyst evaluations, including being named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Conversational AI Platforms and an Emerging Leader in GenAI Engineering and productivity solutions, as well as receiving top placement in the Forrester Wave for Cognitive Search Platforms and the Everest PEAK Matrix for AI Agents in CXM. The company said these recognitions reflect a broader shift in enterprise AI toward autonomous agents, orchestration, and measurable outcomes.

Kore.ai said the new investment will help accelerate product innovation and international expansion. The company highlighted ongoing global momentum, noting strength in North America and Europe and significant growth across the Middle East and Southeast Asia in 2025, with plans to further expand customer success and adoption globally.

Kore.ai said it has more than a decade of experience supporting large enterprises in adopting AI safely and responsibly. The company said its offerings span customer service, AI work and process automation use cases, built on an AI agent platform that includes both no code and pro code tools, and that it maintains an agnostic approach to models, data, cloud and applications to give customers flexibility. Kore.ai said it is trusted by more than 500 partners and 480 Global 2000 companies and is headquartered in Orlando with offices supporting customers across multiple regions including India, the UK, the Middle East, Japan, South Korea and Europe.
