The Polish Library in Washington, DC, in cooperation with The Kosciuszko Foundation Washington, DC Center will present from the series of The Elephant and the Polish Cause: Poland’s Economic Growth Miracle – a comparison to other countries and prospects for the future.
The guest speaker will be Tomasz Mroczkowski, professor at American University with discussion moderator Michał Rutkowski, director, Department of Education, Health and Social Policy, World Bank.
The discussion and reflection on Poland’s economic transformation is set for Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026 at 6 p.m. at the Kosciuszko Foundation, 2025 O St. NW, Washington, DC. It is a hybrid event – in person and via Zoom.
