A multimillion-dollar Singapore arbitration award is under review over claims the panel failed to properly consider key issues amid accusations over conflicts of interest and a media smear campaign.

Tata Power has asked a court to set aside a USD 490 million award by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), claiming the panel did not properly decide the dispute and alleging that two of the arbitrators failed to disclose conflicts of interest.
