ROCKY MOUNT, NC (WCTI) — Vice President JD Vance is scheduled to make a stop in North Carolina on Friday, where he will deliver remarks at an event in Rocky Mount.
The event will take place at The Power House, located at 1151 Falls Road. Vance is expected to speak at 2 p.m.
The Power House is a multi-level indoor event space along the falls of the Tar River. Organizers have not yet released additional details about the focus of his remarks.
He last visited North Carolina in September, stopping in Concord to talk about tax cuts and public safety.
Drivers should expect increased security and possible traffic delays in the area.
