During a Croatian League game, Split center Demajeo Wiggins survived a scary incident when a basket fell on him after a dunk. Remarkably, Wiggins avoided injury and returned to the game, recording a double-double despite Kvarner’s 103-98 victory over Split.

Horrifying scene that was almost fatal happened in Croatia.
During a Croatian League game between Kvarner and Split, basket fell on top of a player.
Split’s center Demajeo Wiggins dunked in the paint and was still hanging on the rim for a few seconds.
Wiggins fell on the court and afterwards the basket landed on top of him lying on the ground.
Luckily no one was injured on this occasion, and Wiggins was brought to the locker room initially to recover from shock that he endured.
Game continued with a new basket as Kvarner won 103-98 with Wiggins himself notching a double-double performance of 16 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists.
