ANALYSIS: Global HPAI Disruptions Boost US Turkey Export Competitiveness Despite Price Premiums
Total turkey exports from the US in January showed a 33.6% increase in volume from last year and a 9.8% month-over-month (MOM) increase, despite a 5-year average decline in volume from December to January of 12.7%.
