The celebration unveiled newly developed office space, made possible through a partnership with Wells Fargo, aimed at helping local entrepreneurs grow.
Inside the historic Cudabac-Gantt House, built in 1875, the incubator has been operating since 2007, giving startups up to three years to establish their business before “graduating” into the community.

Director Janice Mabry said the expansion strengthens the incubator’s mission of supporting small business development and economic growth across the county.
“When businesses start, you know, there’s a lot of risk and there’s a great failure rate. So we feel that while they’re in here with these low rental rates, they’re incubated, they’re supported.”

Prices for tenants start at $275 for furnished office space, internet and business counseling, which can be accessed for free by non-tenants as well.
