Dmitry Golubev, Colonel of the Internal Service, has been appointed Belarus’ Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations in line with the decree signed by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
On the basis of another decree, Major General of the Internal Service Igor Bolotov has been relieved of the relevant post and discharged from service in emergency management bodies and units to the reserve due to age, with the right to wear the official uniform and insignia.
