May 13, 2026 – Global search consortium Kestria has added Spectrum Executive Search in the U.K. as its newest member firm. Established in London in 2001, Spectrum specializes in retained board, executive and interim search, and leadership advisory solutions, to technology and technology-enabled organizations and their venture capital, family office and private equity investors. Spectrum is functionally agnostic and recruits across all disciplines.

“The U.K. is a strategically important market for Kestria, both in its own right and as a global gateway for our clients,” said Stepan Motejzik, Kestria global alliance director. “Partnering with Spectrum strengthens our ability to deliver deep local expertise combined with seamless international reach. Together, we are even better positioned to support clients with leadership solutions that drive growth across borders.”

“As a long-established executive search boutique, it is critically important that we remain at the forefront of executive search practices, and that we are able to offer our ambitious clients with a global capability as they expand,” said Daniel Osmer, founder of Spectrum and now managing partner, Kestria U.K. “Kestria enables us to do this and shares our values. In joining Kestria, our firm benefits, and our clients do too. We are delighted to become part of the global team and look forward to continuing to develop the work we have already started together.”

The United Kingdom has one of the world’s largest and most diversified economies, driven primarily by services such as finance, technology, healthcare, education, and professional business services. London remains a major global financial center, though the country has faced economic challenges in recent years including inflation, slower growth, labor shortages, and trade adjustments following Brexit.
