The Republic of Ireland take on FIFA World Cup co-hosts Canada in their final warm-up game before the tournament begins in less than two weeks’ time.
Heimir Hallgrimsson’s Boys in Green lost out on penalties to Czechia in their play-off semi-final at the Fortuna Arena in Prague, who went on to qualify for the tournament by beating Denmark.
Qatar came to Dublin in the first warm-up game, an opportunity to show that they could hold their own against the sides they could have faced, had they made the trip.
