Livestreamed concerts from performers such as Bebe Rexha, Maren Morris, Kim Petras and Paris Hilton, all of which were planned to be filmed at the Rock Lititz campus, have been postponed.
The concept, by entertainment company Arena One, is to offer an interactive concert experience with a performer livestreaming to hundreds of movie theaters across the United States. The first concert with pop star Bebe Rexha was scheduled for Wednesday, June 17.
Elenni Davis-Knight, vice president of marketing and communications for Artist One, the company that operates Arena One, confirmed in a Monday email that the concerts were postponed, but did not respond Tuesday to an email asking for rescheduled dates and reasoning.
Arena One’s webpage for the offered shows comes up with a message saying, “Coming Soon / launch sequence initiated: 2026.”
Arena One’s concept is that musicians would perform on a new stage built at the Rock Lititz campus, which is surrounded with nearly 360 degrees of screens. The performances would be livestreamed to up to 150,000 people.
“It’s actually more important for us that the artist feels like there’s an energy connection,” Davis-Knight said in a previous interview with LNP. “They can see audiences and hear them, and speak to them directly. … There’s no latency in our feed, so there’s no delay. It’s exactly real time.”
For the most part, Arena One is collaborating with AMC movie theaters across the United States. For Lancaster County, the concerts will be livestreamed to Penn Cinema in Lititz.
The theater underwent a few renovations to accommodate the concerts’ needs, including adding microphones and a camera so performers could see the theater audiences.
