Bui Van Quang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho provincial Party Committee, made the appeal during a working session in Brussels on Friday with the Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium, the Vietnamese Intellectuals and Experts Network in Belgium and Luxembourg (ViLaB), and the Flanders regional government.

Phu Tho also aims to develop integrated supply chains linking farmers, cooperatives, processing enterprises, and export markets.

In addition, the province hopes to learn from Flanders’ model of connecting government agencies, research institutes, businesses, and farmers to build an innovation-driven agricultural ecosystem.

Culture and tourism have also been identified as key pillars of Phu Tho’s international cooperation expansion strategy.
