Findings highlight the importance of physical spaces—libraries, museums and theaters—as public infrastructure for access to knowledge, complementing digital offerings.
The concentration of cultural services in major cities provides communities with places for gathering, study and research, representing a strategic asset to promote cultural inclusion and civic participation at the local level.
