Tesla’s TSLA European FSD footprint expanded by 20% Tuesday after Slovenia became the sixth market to approve the driver-assistance system. Tesla (TSLA), the electric-vehicle and artificial-intelligence company, climbed approximately 2.7% to $363.47 during early trading.

Tesla expects deployment to begin soon, but this is not a license for drivers to stop paying attention. Slovenia’s Traffic Safety Agency characterized the move as recognition of a temporary type approval, while FSD Supervised still requires an alert driver who remains responsible for the vehicle. The clearance strengthens Tesla’s case ahead of a possible EU-wide decision, although six national approvals cannot guarantee broader acceptance.

Tesla delivered 480,126 vehicles worldwide in the second quarter, giving its software business a sizable base for potential recurring revenue. The chart shows the stock trading 8.84% above its GF Value estimate of $333.93, signaling that investors already assign a meaningful premium to Tesla’s growth prospects. Regulatory momentum is building, but without Slovenian pricing or subscriber forecasts, the financial payoff remains the number investors cannot yet calculate.
