The bodies outside of the largest hospital are piling up and the smell is unbearable according to journalists on the ground. Dogs and cats are eating the bodies and the smell is growing toxic. The Israeli soldiers have the hospital surrounded, and aren’t allowing proper burial of the bodies.

I don’t see how this isn’t staged. If there were dozens of bodies piled up like that generating horrendous smell, you’d see swarms of flies all over the sheets. Which since you can only see one actual body, makes sense.
