District court in Maine which will then go up to the state’s uh Supreme Court which will then ultimately head to the federal Supreme Court and that’s what everybody is waiting for because the Supreme Court is now going to have to make a ruling as to whether they side uh

With the state or side with Donald Trump as to see whether Donald Trump can be on those ballots and that will hold weight nationally because the Supreme Court’s ruling then will apply to all lawsuits which are made across the United States I mean FR as we wait for some kind of

Decision on this a legal one what kind of repercussions can this have in the meantime on Trump and of course he’s want to be president of the United States once again well it’s important to note that both these decisions from Maine and Colorado are still currently on hold

They are waiting the appeal from the Supreme Court so as it stands right now he will still be on the ballot we’re waiting for that Supreme cause ruling it and it really is a tossup as to which way this could go because Donald Trump did put three of the the Supreme Court

Justices on the bench during his tenure but also the people on the Supreme Court are known to be uh constitutionalist originalist so they uh really are down normally people who will interpret the constitution in its most pure form so which way this goes uh remains to be

Seen so far the court has staved off any decisions but now time really is running out both Maine and uh Colorado will have their primaries on the 3rd of March which is nicknamed super Tuesday but obviously a lot of work needs to be done uh before that super Tuesday there’s

Ballots that need to be printed they also need to be sent to voters who are going to be using postal votes and also voters voters abroad so there is a lot uh to be done in a very short amount of time the Colorado decision is unlikely

The same as the indictments and the other efforts to deny the American people to decide for themselves whether they want Trump as president: It will increase his support, increase his campaign donations, and further increase his already substantial lead in the polls against Biden. The more they attack him the stronger he gets. This is beyond ludicrous. But as a Trump supporter I'm delighted to see it. I hope more states try it.

  4. It won’t stand. The Secretary of State stayed her own decision until the courts rule, and the Supreme Court is likely to strike it down. May even be a 9-0 vote.

  12. Mr. Jackson is in error. Maine's Secretary of State held public hearings. Her Office is the first step in removing someone from the ballot. Mr. jackson started out by saying this hasn't gone through the legal process.
