Canada’s Koryx Copper has entered into an agreement with investment company Stifel Canada to raise C$25 million to advance development of its Haib Copper Project in Namibia.

The financing will be completed through a private placement of 10,205,000 common shares, with the transaction expected to close on January 20, 2026.

Capital raised will fund ongoing technical and feasibility studies, support exploration activities, strengthen working capital and cover general corporate purposes. Koryx Copper seeks to demonstrate the viability of Haib as a long-life, low-cost and low-risk open-pit copper project, utilizing sulphide flotation, with additional upside potential from heap-leach copper production.
