St. Noah Girls Secondary School Zana have retained the schools’ national Netball Rally title after once again beating Buddo Secondary School by a three-goal margin. The final, played at Kadugala SS in Masaka, saw the Wakiso District school netball powerhouses face off after St. Noah eliminated Hamudani Islamic School of Mbale in the semifinal, before Buddo SS eliminated St. Mary Boarding School Kitende. Meanwhile, National Insurance Corporation emerged winners of the women’s club championship, as WOB Netball Club walked away with the men’s title. Other winners include Uganda Christian University, who claimed the university’s national title, while Archbishop Nakirebe and Winsa lifted the primary schools’ under-12 and under-14 trophies, respectively.
