The 4th Edition of Solar and Storage Zimbabwe 2025 concluded on a high note with the Solar and Storage Zimbabwe Leadership Awards 2025, recognising organisations, projects, teams, and individuals driving leadership, sustainability, and innovation across Zimbabwe’s solar and energy storage ecosystem.
The awards ceremony marked a fitting finale to a day of strategic discussions, industry collaboration, and shared commitment toward advancing Zimbabwe’s renewable energy transition through solar energy, energy storage, and sustainable technologies. By recognising excellence across leadership, innovation, and individual achievement, the ceremony celebrated the changemakers shaping a resilient and future ready clean energy landscape for Zimbabwe.
The awards were presented during the official awards ceremony, with the presence and recognition of the Advisory Council members Dr. Sosten Ziuku, Director Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy, Ministry of Energy and Power Development, Mr. Isaac Chiridza, Deputy Director, Ministry of Energy and Power Development Zimbabwe, Ms. Odellia Matangi Mangwengwende, Development Director, African Transmission Corporation, and Mr. Zivah Waniwa, Executive Director Zimbabwe and Zambia, MBHE Valley Acres, whose guidance played a pivotal role in shaping the event.
