Kenya’s Principal Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Korir Sing’Oei, is in Beijing this week for talks with senior Chinese development and finance officials.
The Foreign Minister’s first stop on Monday was at the headquarters of the China-Africa Development Fund, where he met with senior representatives from several of China’s largest policy banks, including the China Development Bank, the China Exim Bank, and the Bank of China.
