Zimbabwe’s Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development has announced amendments to vehicle registration and licensing fees through the Vehicle Registration and Licensing (Amendment) Regulations, 2026, published as Statutory Instrument 10 of 2026.
The new regulations repeal and replace Part I of the Third Schedule to the Vehicle Registration and Licensing Regulations of 1999, introducing updated fees for various services.

The regulations come into effect immediately and are made under the authority of Section 52 of the Vehicle Registration and Licensing Act [Chapter 13:14].
