Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the third and final match of the T20I series between South Africa and West Indies, at The Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg on Saturday (January 31, 2026). Though this is technically a dead rubber as the Proteas have already taken an unassailable 2-0 lead, this match is the last formal outing for both teams in the run-up to next month’s T20 World Cup, and hence serves as invaluable prep. This is also the first time South Africa will play a T20I in pink, so as to increase awareness and raise funds for the fight against breast cancer. Under the lightning rule, play cannot continue if there is lightning within a 30-kilometre radius of the stadium.
