Minimum Wage Revised in Namibia from 01 January 2026 – January 01, 2026

The minimum wage has been revised in Namibia as of 01 January 2026. The minimum wages are increased for the following:

For domestic workers, fromNAD12.00 to NAD15.00 per hour; and
For agricultural workers, from NAD10.00 to NAD14.00 per hour.
