\n Amarinth has successfully completed the manufacture and delivery of a \u00a31.5 million order for four bespoke API 675 chemical injection skid packages destined for Nigeria\u2019s Soku and Gbaran LNG fields, located in the Niger Delta. <\/p>\n

The Niger Delta presents some of the most arduous operating conditions in the world. To ensure the long-term integrity of the assets operated by Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited, which supplies feed gas to the Nigeria LNG (NLNG) plant at Finima, Bonny Island, Amarinth\u2019s skids will perform precision chemical injection duties that are fundamental to preventing pipeline corrosion and scale build-up. The delivered order consists of two specialised packages:<\/p>\n

Package 1: Biocide Injection Skid and Oxygen Scavenger Injection Skid.
\nPackage 2: Biocide Injection Skid and Scale Inhibitor Injection Skid.<\/p>\n

The skids are built to the most robust API 675 standards. They feature sophisticated instrumentation, including actuated valves and remote monitoring transmitters, allowing operators to manage precise chemical dosages from central control rooms.<\/p>\n

Recognising the logistical challenges of the Niger Delta, Amarinth engineered these skids for a minimal installation footprint. Each unit was fully pre-assembled and factory-tested, including all structural elements and critical spare parts, to ensure they arrived “ready-to-run”. This approach minimises hazardous on-site labour and streamlines the commissioning process within existing site infrastructure.<\/p>\n

For the Soku LNG field project, Amarinth demonstrated its agility by engineering a bespoke frame designed to carry the skid packages and which fit over the footprint of the facility’s existing concrete plinths. This allowed for seamless integration within the dimensions of the standing building without the need for costly civil works.<\/p>\n

Logistics were a primary consideration from the outset. Amarinth engineered the skids ensuring they could be housed within standard shipping containers. This also ensured that the equipment could be transported via Nigerian road networks without requiring special permits or dispensations, significantly reducing lead times and transit costs.<\/p>\n

The successful delivery of this contract was supported through collaboration with Elkarino Nigeria Ltd., which bridged the gap between international engineering excellence and regional execution. By combining Amarinth\u2019s world-class design capabilities with Elkarino\u2019s on-the-ground support and understanding of Nigeria\u2019s operational landscape, the project was completed to the highest local and international standards.<\/p>\n
