These enterprises will receive training to adopt more resource-efficient and circular production methods, aiming to reduce waste and energy use while optimizing workflows. The initiative will also test digital tools for monitoring workplace safety and health, with a focus on climate-related risks like heat stress.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to productivity and safety measures, the program will implement a women&#8217;s leadership development component. This is designed to provide female workers with supervisory skills to advance their careers and foster more inclusive work environments.<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration will incorporate Japanese expertise in areas including energy efficiency and sustainable manufacturing systems.
