A suspect is expected to appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrate\u2019s Court following the discovery of a woman\u2019s body in the boot of a vehicle at Bracken Square Shopping Centre in Brackenhurst.<\/p>\n

Alberton SAPS confirmed that the suspect linked to the incident has been arrested and is currently in custody.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe suspect was arrested today and has been identified as the victim\u2019s husband. He is currently detained at the Alberton police station,\u201d said Alberton SAPS.<\/p>\n

The body of a woman was found in the boot of a white BMW 3 Series at the shopping centre on Friday, prompting a murder investigation by Ekurhuleni police.<\/p>\n

The vehicle is reported to be registered to the deceased.<\/p>\n

Police said investigations are ongoing and no further details are available at this stage.<\/p>\n
