In one incident, he allegedly shot and wounded a fan in Ladanna in October last year.<\/p>\n In her judgment, Acting Judge AJ Burnett noted that Schedule 6 bail applications are difficult and that the burden of proof required of accused persons must be taken seriously and respected.<\/p>\n \u201cThe appellant has simply not met the challenge of proving exceptional circumstances.
