Friends said the family was visiting the country on a holiday trip.<\/p>\n<p>The accident claimed the lives of two boys: Emmanuel DeLeon,\u00a0an eighth grader at Hoover Middle School and\u00a0Kairu Winkelpleck,\u00a0a preschooler.<\/p>\n<p>Their older sister, Njeri DeLeon, is\u00a0a junior at West High School.
