A great way to kick off 2026 on the front foot!

The format is certainly no ordinary series of 20-minute virtual calls! The dynamic platform has been specially built to be innovative and easy-to-navigate, with each participant having their own dedicated profile so that buyers, exhibitors and media can easily assess potential partnerships and select their most relevant targets for meaningful meetings.

The platform also has clever chat functions and an interactive news feed meaning there are plenty of additional opportunities for networking over the three weeks surrounding the actual 5-day show. All without having to spend budgets on flights, hotels, taxis and lavish stands – not to mention reducing your carbon footprint.

Meeting scheduling is seamless, with participants on both sides able to block off their availability as needed – giving you the choice to allocate the times and amount of meetings you can accommodate in-between your normal work. The more hours you put in, the more you get out of it, but this flexibility is key.

Crucially, an exciting technical evolution over the 6 years since launch means that both exhibitors and buyers with multiple team members can include them in their meetings, provided they are pre-registered on the platform. This means that suppliers can train entire sales teams logging in from multiple locations around the world – all in one sitting. A fabulous function for new recruits to join, observe and learn.

The format also means many smaller, owner-run properties can participate, sometimes right from the bush! – as well as smaller tour operators and travel agents who perhaps work remotely and don’t have the manpower or budgets to attend the in-person trade shows.

A genuine spirit of collaboration and ubuntu (community spirit) has always been at the heart of why this virtual show is such a success, with longstanding partners again including Wetu, ATTA®, Nightsbridge, The Travel Hub Collection, Atmosphere Marketing and Umlingo Travel PR.

Last year’s show was held in February 2025 with 199 exhibitors, 490 buyers and 47 travel journalists attending. Over the five days, over 7,000 meetings were held, nearly 45,000 messages were exchanged on the chat, and more than 20,000 connections were made on the platform, across multiple time zones.

Over 30 news stories were also shared on the website. More coming soon – watch this space!

If you’re selling Africa, looking to discover new products, connect with your current partners – or you are an African tourism product ready to grow your reach, please register before 3 March 2026.

Exhibitors

Buyers

Media/Journalists

Exhibitor enquiries can be directed to Storm Napier on [email protected] or Buyers can reach Allie Hunt on [email protected]. For any media enquiries, please email Claire Roadley on [email protected].

Block off your calendars – Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands’ only virtual trade show, https://OurAfrica.Travel is back from…

[60
106
0":"post-19209","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-zimbabwe","8":"tag-zimbabwe
["GET
