They didn\u2019t immediately give a cause of the fire.<\/p>\n<p>Minibus taxis are a popular method of public transport in the southern African nation and are often packed beyond their recommended capacity, including by squashing people onto the driver\u2019s seat.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"Link AnClick-LinkEnhancement\" data-gtm-enhancement-style=\"LinkEnhancementA\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/video\/driving-instructors-teach-students-to-dodge-danger-on-zimbabwe-roads-526836f3e0c749debb8e713b5ab66b51\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Deadly road accidents<\/a> involving public transportation are common in Zimbabwe, where speeding is also widespread as drivers attempt to maximize daily trips.
