{"id":21072,"date":"2026-01-13T16:16:07","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T16:16:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/21072\/"},"modified":"2026-01-13T16:16:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T16:16:07","slug":"rinnos-petzone-opens-its-doors-in-dunfermline-city-centre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/21072\/","title":{"rendered":"Rinno&#8217;s Petzone opens its doors in Dunfermline city centre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  Rinno\u2019s Petzone, located at 18 Pilmuir Street, officially opened on November 29, and is already attracting attention from the local pet community.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The shop is owned and operated by Cynthia Rapheal, 36, who brings more than a decade of experience in pet care, breeding, and veterinary services.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She said: &#8220;I practically do not see myself doing anything else apart from what I\u2019ve been doing from the onset.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;I\u2019ve always had dogs, grown with dogs, lived with dogs.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;They\u2019ve been a part of my life right from childhood.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Cynthia\u2019s journey began in Nigeria, where her family\u2019s passion for animals deeply influenced her career.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She said her grandfather brought dogs back to Africa from his travels across Europe and America.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>Cynthia is hoping to start a doggy day-care service in Rinno&#8217;s Petzone in the near future. (Image: Cynthia Rapheal)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Although she never met him, she met the dog he left behind.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The mother-of-one went on to run a successful veterinary clinic and pet shop, managing a boarding facility and earning recognition as a top breeder and secretary of a major breeders\u2019 association.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She said: &#8220;Back home, dog shows are huge.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;We take pedigree dogs to places like Egypt and Ethiopia for events and come back with trophies.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Now living in Abbeyview, Cynthia aims to bring that same enthusiasm to Dunfermline.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Rinno\u2019s Petzone offers a wide range of pet food, accessories, and treats for dogs, cats, and small animals.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She said: &#8220;We\u2019re just waiting for the council inspection.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;The doggy daycare will be for small to medium dogs, with a capacity for five.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;We want to give maximum time and affection.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Opening the business was not without its challenges.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>Some of the goods on offer in-store.
