He told the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/steelburger\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">newspaper<\/a> that the pair seemed intoxicated. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI didn\u2019t have any time to react,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, vehicles were heading from both directions, which made it impossible to swerve out of the way. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was coming off work when the accident happened.
