Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes as emergency personnel remain on scene.<\/p>\n<p>Moffat View SAPS Station Commander Colonel Shunny Govender confirmed that the shooting is believed to be taxi-related.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe incident is believed to be taxi-related. Two people were declared dead at the scene, while two injured victims were transported to hospital.
