Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has described the late Onijabe of Ijabe, Oba Felix Olaniyan Oyeniyi Oyelade as a\u00a0respected traditional ruler who dedicated his reign to peace, unity and the development of Ijabe.<\/p>\n
This is as Governor Adeleke\u00a0condoled with the people of Ijabe in Odo-Otin Local Government Area over the demise of\u00a0Oba Oyalade.<\/p>\n
DAILY POST reports that\u00a0Oba Oyelade\u00a0died after a\u00a0reign during which he was recognised by the state government as a community leader committed to the welfare of his subjects.<\/p>\n
In a condolence message issued on\u00a0Tuesday\u00a0by his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, Governor Adeleke\u00a0said the death of the monarch represented a loss to the people of Ijabe and the traditional institution in Osun State.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe passing of the Onijabe of Ijabe Land is a great loss to the people of Ijabe and the traditional institution in Osun State,\u201d the governor said.<\/p>\n
He described the late monarch as a father figure, noting that his wisdom and commitment to his people earned him lasting respect during his reign.<\/p>\n
\u201cHis Royal Majesty leaves behind a legacy of service, peace, and dedication to community development,\u201d Adeleke said.<\/p>\n
The governor added that Oba Oyelade\u2019s contributions to the growth and stability of Ijabe would remain cherished by members of the community.<\/p>\n
Adeleke extended his condolences to the royal family, the people of Ijabe, the Odo-Otin Traditional Council and the entire Ijabe community over the monarch\u2019s death.<\/p>\n
He also prayed that Almighty God would grant the departed monarch eternal rest and give his family, subjects and the people of Ijabe the strength to bear the loss.<\/p>\n
