{"id":4016,"date":"2026-01-05T01:30:11","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T01:30:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/4016\/"},"modified":"2026-01-05T01:30:11","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T01:30:11","slug":"apostle-peter-okoe-mankralo-calls-for-national-renewal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/4016\/","title":{"rendered":"Apostle Peter\u00a0Okoe\u00a0Mankralo\u00a0calls for national renewal\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Godwill Arthur-Mensah\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Accra, Jan. 04, GNA\u2013Apostle Peter\u00a0Okoe\u00a0Mankralo, the Immediate Past President of The Apostolic Church-Ghana, has called on Ghanaians to embrace love, integrity, and unity as the foundation for national renewal in 2026.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Delivering a New Year\u2019s address on theme: \u201cManifest God\u2019s Glory,\u201d Apostle\u00a0Mankralo\u00a0urged citizens to translate Ghana\u2019s Christian identity into tangible national character, warning that hatred, indiscipline, corruption, greed, and self-centeredness remained obstacles to divine blessing and progress.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe must live above partisan divisions that breed acrimony,\u201d he declared, stressing that Christian love must serve as the essential bond for societal harmony.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The cleric urged professionals abroad to return home and contribute to nation-building, warning against the lure of occultism and cyber fraud and condemning corruption and illegal mining (\u2018galamsey\u2019) as existential threats to Ghana\u2019s future.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>His message, both spiritual and civic roadmap, concluded with a prayer for divine blessing on the nation\u2019s journey in the year ahead.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" data-lazyloaded=\"1\" data-placeholder-resp=\"1024x575\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"575\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Social-Integrity-Path-Greatness17-1024x575.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-517525\"  data-\/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"575\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Social-Integrity-Path-Greatness17-1024x575.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-517525\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>In a parallel New Years\u2019 service, Apostle Dr. Samuel Obeng\u00a0Manteaw\u00a0of the Calvary District, Apostolic Church-Ghana, Madina Area, challenged both leadership and citizens to unite in pursuit of the common good.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He urged the Executive, Parliament, and Judiciary to set aside partisan interests and focus solely on national growth and development.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere must be an attitudinal change at all levels, especially in our workplaces,\u201d Apostle Dr.\u00a0Manteaw\u00a0emphasised.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u201cWe must abandon habits that retard progress and commit to actions that accelerate development,\u201d he added.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Linking prosperity to moral and spiritual faithfulness, he reminded Ghanaians that living according to God\u2019s purpose was essential for success in the coming year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Quoting scripture, he said: \u201cHis goodness shall follow us all the days of our lives.
