I seriously do not have many words to say now. All I can say is that he was present almost everywhere \u2013 in construction, in business, in politics and as a community volunteer in various services, especially as a master of ceremonies at some community gatherings in town and elsewhere, doing it free of charge,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>The town\u2019s former mayor, Charles Mukaya Matengu, on his social media post on Friday evening, praised the late Nawa for bringing development to the town during his reign as CEO.<br \/>These developments, Matengu highlighted, include the first traffic lights installed in the town, tarring of roads, and the establishment of three satellite police stations, among others.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou acquitted yourself with honour and distinction during your tenure as CEO of the Katima town,\u201d he said.<br \/>The late Nawa served as CEO from 2012 to 2016.
