{"id":78013,"date":"2026-02-11T14:31:12","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T14:31:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/78013\/"},"modified":"2026-02-11T14:31:12","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T14:31:12","slug":"gospel-singer-everton-mlalazi-releases-presence-3-great-god-album-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/78013\/","title":{"rendered":"Gospel singer Everton Mlalazi releases \u2018Presence 3: Great God\u2019 album"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Gospel star Everton Mlalazi has released a new body of work titled Presence 3: Great God, the third installment in his celebrated In The Presence worship series.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The series is an expression of reverence, praise and intimate worship that aims to draw listeners to encounter God\u2019s presence through deep moments of reflection and prayer, while also spreading the gospel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cThe journey continued really because it never really felt finished. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cEach project came from real moments with God, not a plan to create a series or chase a sound. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWith this third chapter, I felt a deeper pull to stay in that place of worship, but with more maturity,\u201d Everton told TshisaLIVE.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cThe earlier albums were very intimate and personal, while Great God lifts its focus higher. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cIt\u2019s more about declaring who God is and honoring His greatness.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cMy posture was one and always is that of humility and surrender. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cI felt very aware that this was about honouring God, not expressing myself creatively for its own sake. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cA lot of the music came from quiet moments of prayer, reflection and waiting on God, rather than trying to force inspiration.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The project features collaborations with artists such as Moses Bliss, Oncemore Six, Takesure Zama, and the Harare MUMC Choir. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cThe collaborations happened very organically. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cEach person involved carries a genuine heart for worship, interpreted in their own way, and in their own voice.
