The agreements aim to boost foreign currency earnings, create jobs, reduce fertilizer import costs, and ensure timely availability for farmers, while adhering to environmental safeguards and community benefit requirements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"relative group\">The council also reviewed the National Housing Policy, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive legal framework to provide sustainable and affordable housing for urban and rural populations. The policy was approved in principle, pending completion of technical and legal reviews prior to implementation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"relative group\">In the health sector, the cabinet approved a $30 million loan agreement with the Export\u2013Import Bank of Korea to support the second phase of a medical equipment supply project.
