{"id":958,"date":"2026-01-03T18:45:06","date_gmt":"2026-01-03T18:45:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/958\/"},"modified":"2026-01-03T18:45:06","modified_gmt":"2026-01-03T18:45:06","slug":"joshua-returns-to-britain-after-fatal-crash-in-nigeria-national","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/africa\/958\/","title":{"rendered":"Joshua returns to Britain after fatal crash in Nigeria | National"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has reportedly flown back to Britain after a fatal car crash in Nigeria that\u00a0killed two of his close friends.<\/p>\n<p>The Sun newspaper said the British boxer landed at\u00a0London&#8217;s Stansted Airport in a private jet on Friday evening.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>His return comes after Nigerian police charged the driver of the vehicle, Adeniyi Mobolaji Kayode, 46, with &#8220;dangerous driving causing death&#8221;.
