Kl\u00fcngelt Gianni Infantino mit Marokko? Die Ger\u00fcchte, dass er dem Land das WM-Finale 2030 versprochen hat, sorgen f\u00fcr Aufregung. Auch in Spanien, das Anspruch auf das Endspiel erhebt. Und nicht davon abweicht.<\/p>\n
Spanien hat Ger\u00fcchten \u00fcber eine m\u00f6gliche Austragung des Endspiels der Fu\u00dfballweltmeisterschaft 2030 in Marokko eine klare Absage erteilt. „Wir werden weiter daran arbeiten, denn wir wollen – und es muss so sein -, dass das WM-Finale in Spanien stattfindet“, sagte Spaniens Sportministerin Milagros Tol\u00f3n dem spanischen Radiosender Cadena Ser.<\/p>\n
Tol\u00f3n reagierte damit auf einen inzwischen von der FIFA dementierten Bericht der britischen Zeitung „Times“, der umstrittene FIFA-Pr\u00e4sident Gianni Infantino habe Marokko die Austragung des WM-Endspiels 2030 versprochen, damit das nordafrikanische Land seine Wiederwahl im M\u00e4rz 2027 unterst\u00fctze.<\/p>\n
„Ich bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass die FIFA Spanien als Austragungsort des Finals ausw\u00e4hlen wird“, sagte Tol\u00f3n. Als amtierender Weltmeister der M\u00e4nner und der Frauen habe ihr Land sportlich gro\u00dfes Gewicht. Zudem verf\u00fcge Spanien \u00fcber viel Erfahrung in der Organisation sportlicher als auch anderer Gro\u00dfveranstaltungen, biete eine moderne Infrastruktur und ein sicheres Umfeld. Das Endspiel k\u00f6nnte im Stadion Bernab\u00e9u von Real Madrid oder im Camp Nou des FC Barcelona stattfinden.<\/p>\n
Infantinos FIFA bestreitet Versprechen<\/p>\n
Die „Times“ hatte am Mittwoch berichtet, dass nach dem Willen Infantinos das Finale im Hassan II Stadion mit 115.000 Pl\u00e4tzen in Casablanca stattfinden solle, das sich zurzeit im Bau befindet. Das w\u00e4re ein Affront gegen Spanien und damit auch Europa, das in den vergangenen Tagen Infantino nach dem umstrittenen und inzwischen verworfenen Investorendeal harsch attackiert hatte.<\/p>\n

Spanien tr\u00e4gt zusammen mit Portugal und Marokko die WM 2030 aus. Zudem ist jeweils ein Er\u00f6ffnungsspiel in den s\u00fcdamerikanischen L\u00e4ndern Argentinien, Paraguay und Uruguay geplant.<\/p>\n
Die FIFA hatte den Medienbericht dementiert. „Es ist falsch und irref\u00fchrend zu behaupten, der FIFA-Pr\u00e4sident habe irgendein Versprechen bez\u00fcglich der Austragung des Finales der FIFA-Fu\u00dfball-Weltmeisterschaft 2030 abgegeben. Eine Entscheidung wird von der FIFA zu gegebener Zeit getroffen“, teilte der Weltverband mit.<\/p>\n
