Die Schleusernetzwerke auf der Route zwischen Algerien und Mallorca setzen offenbar wieder verst\u00e4rkt auf sogenannte \u201eMigranten-Taxen\u201c: schnelle Boote, die Migranten an der K\u00fcste auf Mallorca absetzen<\/a> und anschlie\u00dfend nach Nordafrika zur\u00fcckkehren.<\/p>\n

Am Wochenende (5.9.\/6.9.) soll diese Methode gleich zweimal zum Einsatz gekommen sein. In beiden F\u00e4llen wurden Einwanderer an Land entdeckt<\/a>, ohne dass \u2013 wie sonst h\u00e4ufig \u2013 ein Boot zur\u00fcckgelassen worden war.<\/p>\n

Einsatz am Cap de Ses Salines<\/p>\n

Am Samstag gegen 16 Uhr griff die Guardia Civil in der N\u00e4he des Leuchtturms am Cap de Ses Salines 16 Migranten aus Nordafrika auf. An dem Einsatz waren Einheiten aus Santany\u00ed und Campos sowie die Guardia Civil beteiligt. Die Gruppe wurde nahe der kleinen Zufahrtsstra\u00dfe zum Leuchtturm festgesetzt, vor den Augen zahlreicher Badeg\u00e4ste.<\/p>\n

Nahezu zeitgleich entdeckte eine Einheit der Guardia Civil ein kleines Boot, das sich vom K\u00fcstenbereich entfernte. Offenbar war es wegen Treibstoffmangels oder zu knapp kalkulierter Reserven langsamer unterwegs als vorgesehen. Die Beamten holten das Boot rund eine halbe Seemeile vor dem Cap de Ses Salines ein und brachten es zum Club N\u00e1utico von Sa R\u00e0pita. Die beiden mutma\u00dflichen Bootsf\u00fchrer wurden festgenommen.<\/p>\n

Starker Motor<\/p>\n

Das Boot war etwa sechs bis sieben Meter lang, hatte einen Rumpf aus Glasfaser, eine Mittelkonsole und war augenscheinlich f\u00fcr Fischerei oder K\u00fcstenfahrten konzipiert. <\/p>\n

Einsatz der Guardia Civil. \/ DM<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr insgesamt 18 Personen \u2013 16 Migranten und zwei Bootsf\u00fchrer \u2013 wirkte es vergleichsweise klein. Auff\u00e4llig war allerdings der starke Au\u00dfenbordmotor mit gesch\u00e4tzt 115 bis 150 PS sowie mehrere zus\u00e4tzliche Benzintanks.<\/p>\n

Neun Stunden f\u00fcr die \u00dcberfahrt<\/p>\n

Die Strecke vom algerischen Festland bis zum Cap de ses Salines betr\u00e4gt je nach Ausgangspunkt rund 150 Seemeilen. Bei durchschnittlich 15 Knoten l\u00e4sst sich die \u00dcberfahrt in etwas mehr als neun Stunden bew\u00e4ltigen. Herk\u00f6mmliche Migranteboote ben\u00f6tigen f\u00fcr dieselbe Route oft mindestens zwei Tage.<\/p>\n

Bereits am Freitag war nach Informationen des „Diario de Mallorca“ ein weiteres \u201eMigranten-Taxi\u201c im Einsatz. Es setzte zw\u00f6lf Einwanderer aus Nordafrika direkt an der Hafeneinfahrt von Cabrera, in der N\u00e4he des Leuchtturms, ab. Dieses Boot soll deutlich leistungsst\u00e4rker gewesen sein und \u00fcber zwei Au\u00dfenbordmotoren mit jeweils 300 PS verf\u00fcgt haben. Anschlie\u00dfend habe es wieder Kurs auf Algerien genommen, um weitere Migranten aufzunehmen.<\/p>\n

Drei Rettungseins\u00e4tze am Sonntag<\/p>\n

Am Sonntag wurden nach Angaben der Regierungsdelegation insgesamt 66 Migranten auf See gerettet. Um 8.50 Uhr bargen die Einsatzkr\u00e4fte 26 Menschen aus Afrika rund zw\u00f6lf Seemeilen vor dem Cap de ses Salines. <\/p>\n

Um 13.42 Uhr wurden weitere 27 Personen s\u00fcd\u00f6stlich von Cabrera gerettet. Gegen 14.10 Uhr nahm die Guardia Civil schlie\u00dflich noch 13 Menschen aus dem Norden von Afrika auf, ebenfalls rund 18 Seemeilen s\u00fcd\u00f6stlich von Cabrera.<\/p>\n
