Kaja Kallas, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, and Jane Naana Opoku\u2011Agyemang, Vice\u2011President of Ghana, formalized cooperation on counter\u2011terrorism, intelligence sharing and crisis management amid rising jihadist threats in West Africa.
