OSL Group has launched OSL AgentPay, a stablecoin payment infrastructure designed to help developer AI agents carry out autonomous, intent-based payment flows. The company said the product targets “high-frequency, micro-value” payments between agents.
AgentPay will support multiple stablecoins, including USDT, USDC and USDGO. It will also support several payment protocols, including x402, AP2 and MPP.
Developers can integrate the service via API.
AgentPay will also progressively integrate with Banxa, the group’s fiat on- and off-ramp infrastructure provider.
OSL Group executive director and CEO Kevin Cui said: “Agentic Commerce is rapidly emerging, and we are proactively embracing Agentic AI to empower the massive wave of economic activity ahead.
“The core of this economic activity still relies on distribution, liquidity, and infrastructure — and that is exactly where OSL has focused its strengths. We will enable global capital to flow freely through AI agents, the connective tissue of tomorrow’s society.”
OSL said open payment protocols such as x402 and AP2 can standardise how agents negotiate terms and carry payment authorisation, but they do not define settlement.
The company said AgentPay is intended to address settlement through a single integration that combines a protocol-compatible gateway with OSL’s settlement capabilities.
These include USDGO, global liquidity, stablecoin settlement, and fiat on- and off-ramps.
OSL Group Engineering vice-president and OSL AI Labs head William Yuan said: “Stablecoins will become the optimal base-layer asset for agentic economic activity. Hundreds of thousands of paying agents are transacting across thousands of endpoints.
“That is why we are building an ecosystem: protocols, wallets, chains, stablecoin issuers, risk and compliance partners, and the agents themselves. OSL AgentPay will first partner with developers across Asia to actively explore payment scenarios and use cases, and then serve AI commercial opportunities for global enterprises.”
OSL Group positions itself as a global stablecoin payment and trading platform that provides digital financial infrastructure services.
The company raised $200m (HK$1.56bn) in equity financing in January to strengthen its financial position.
“OSL debuts AgentPay to enable stablecoin payments by AI agents” was originally created and published by Electronic Payments International, a GlobalData owned brand.
