yesterday there were also two stories hitting about Dario Amade’s wife, Cammy Clark, one in the information, one in the Wall Street Journal. Um, apparently she has been she’s quite a mysterious figure in some ways because according to the journal reporting at least, she’s sort of been scrubbed from the internet in some ways. It’s hard to find information about her. They say she’s somebody who used to date Eric Schmidt.

Right. And so that she’s sort of this pivotal figure, um, who doesn’t technically hold a position and which people don’t know a lot about. Yeah. Which is interesting.

Sounds like she’s a connector and a connector in that big Silicon Valley world where she knows a lot of people and has brought a lot of people together around this company, but also around other companies. And sometimes, and this is exactly what happens out there in the Valley and in these power, power pockets. People connect people with people who bring investors into the deal, they bring engineers, and it’s kind of very incestuous in that community. Everyone makes a lot of money at the end of the day, but she’s a fascinating figure. We’re going to hear about a lot of fascinating figures, the more we learn about these companies, especially if they go public.

Side note, the story in the journal at least also mentions Jeffrey Epstein, that he was someone she was connected with at one point and tried to raise money from, although it seems like perhaps unsuccessfully.
