e& is expanding its business services with the launch of Agentic AI across its core mobile and fixed connectivity plans.
As a result, the telecom provider claims it is the first in the region to integrate Agentic AI directly into its core connectivity propositions.
The offering will be available via the telecom company’s Business Pro fixed internet services and enterprise connectivity plans, including Digital Internet and Digital Premium Internet.
Alongside this, mobile customers can also add the AI services to their existing packages.
For businesses, the move can help automate routine processes, manage workflows and access information more efficiently.
However, for SMEs, the move is intended to reduce the cost and complexity of adopting AI, while larger enterprises and government organisations can use the technology alongside e& UAE’s enterprise connectivity services, the company said.
The services are supported by e& UAE’s Sovereign AI Compute, which provides access to UAE-based GPU capacity alongside connectivity.
