Anthropic has announced a new partnership with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs to form an AI services company aimed at bringing its Claude system into the core operations of mid-sized businesses.

The new entity will focus on deploying Claude across business workflows in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services, reflecting a broader push by AI developers to expand commercial adoption beyond large enterprises.

Anthropic said its applied AI engineers will work alongside the firm’s engineering teams to identify high-impact use cases, build customized systems, and provide ongoing support.

The venture is also backed by a consortium of alternative asset managers, including General Atlantic, Leonard Green, Apollo Global Management, GIC, and Sequoia Capital, underscoring strong investor interest in scaling AI deployment across the private-market economy.

Krishna Rao, Anthropic’s chief financial officer, said demand for Claude among enterprise customers is growing faster than any single delivery model can support.

“Our partnerships with the world’s leading systems integrators are central to how Claude reaches large enterprises,” Rao said. “This new firm brings additional operating capability to the ecosystem and capital from leading alternative asset managers.”
